Refund/Return a Order
At DNP Organics, we are committed to delivering high-quality organic wellness products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect
- The product packaging is tampered or defective
To request a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear photos and order details. Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for return approval.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without prior approval
- Products damaged due to misuse
