Return & Refund Policy

At DNP, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all food and ingestible items, including Shilajit Honey Sticks, are non-returnable once delivered.

This policy is implemented to ensure product safety, quality control, and customer health standards.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

Although returns are not accepted, we will provide a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The package is tampered with or leaking upon delivery

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, please email our support team with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Unboxing video showing the issue (recommended)
  • Description of the problem

Our support team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or
  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product taste preference or personal dislike
  • Incorrect usage of the product
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
