All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday – Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message along with tracking details.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities and Towns: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and location.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

We may also offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or campaigns.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

You can track your order directly using the tracking link provided.


5. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues such as:

  • Damaged package
  • Tampered packaging
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Our support team will investigate and assist you with a resolution.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order.

DNP will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics constraints
  • High order volumes during sales or promotions

We appreciate your patience in such situations.
